Trial By Jury and The Zoo – 16th and 17th March 2018
This year, the Society is delighted to be able to invite you to Sandal Methodist Church, Barnsley Road, Wakefield, to see two shows, the first by Gilbert and Sullivan and the other with music by Arthur Sullivan but lyrics by B. C. Stephenson. They were both written around the same time i.e. 1875 so the music of Sullivan can be compared between the two operas.

Concert Programme
The society has embarked on a series of concerts at local venues and are delighted to announce the following are being arranged :-
A joint concert with Old Silkstone Band is being planned for April/May 2018
A joint concert with Skelmanthorpe Male Voice Choir is being planned for May 2018
We are also in discussion with Featherstone Male Voice Choir and Knottingley Silver Band about future dates.
